The construction of the roads and the bridges was aided by a project called as NABARD.This wing started its activities from 1997.It involves the construction and the reconstruction of roads and the bridges. The objective of NABARD is to increase the connectivity in various places from rural to urban ares.NABARD also serves to provide the economic prospects such as employment, income and so on. It enhances the independent activities in the rural areas. The achievements done by NABARD project are tremendous. It has reconstructed hundreds of roads and bridges. RIDF-VII, Project – 34 are some of the recently sanctioned projects of NABARD.
