This can be had from citrus fruits such as lemons &oranges, and vegetables like lettuce, cabbage or capsicum. Induct colourful vegetables and fruits into the diet. Intake of essential minerals such as magnesium and potassium are good for the body and this can be had from greens such as spinach, figs etc. Protein is necessary for body build-up so low-fat yoghurt, buttermilk, skimmed milk, low-fat cottage cheese, soya bean etc are ideal.
